Annual Financial statements and statutory accounts are the legal obligation for all companies to be submitted to the Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs.  According to Companies Act 2006, all companies must submit and file annual accounts to the Company House and HMRC including Corporation Tax Return (CT 600). Year-end annual financial statements and accounts will reveal insightful information about your business and would also help on your mortgage or loan application.
